    1. Soak the bird’s nest in clean water for 2–3 hours (it is recommended to change the soaking water 1–2 times during soaking) until it expands and becomes soft.

    2. After soaking, steam gently for 15–40 minutes with fresh boiled water. You may add pandan leaves during steaming.

    3. Serve warm as a nourishing soup, or chilled as a light dessert. It can also be added to clear broths, paired with herbal drinks, or enjoyed on its own. For best taste, consume within 2–3 days after preparation.

  • Keep in a cool, dry place, away from strong odours and direct sunlight. To ensure long-term integrity, store in an airtight container. Refrigeration is recommended to maintain its pristine quality.

    After Preparation

    Store the bird’s nest in a clean, airtight container and keep refrigerated. For best quality, consume within 2–3 days. Avoid repeated reheating.
